- Opened, used, sprayed, tampered, or damaged fragrance products are not returnable for hygiene and product integrity reasons unless confirmed defective or incorrect by TARA.
- Damaged, defective, missing, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible or through another agreed method.
- Shipping fees are refunded only when the issue is caused by TARA or the courier damage is accepted under the support process.
